We represent ACO for Sewage Treatment Plant

ACO Marine is a part of 1 billion USD ACO Group who is a major international manufacturer and provider of sysem solutions for drainage systems, separations technologies and concepts for sewage water treatment. ACO Marine offers a wide range of stainless steel scuppers, gratings, drainage channels and thin wall stainless steel and galvanized mild steel push fit pipes for black and grey water drainage. An important part of the system solutions provided from ACO Marine are grease separators made of stainless steel or durable polymer materials. A wide range of biological sewage treatment plants as well as bioreactors with integrated nano, or microfiltration membrance stage according to the new IMO legislation MEPC 227(64) including 4.2 is completing the whole range and allows ACO Marine offering a system solution for both black and grey water drainage, pretreatment and final treatment including water recycling concepts saving space and cost for the water generation compare to conventional concepts.

ACO Clarimar MF Sewage Treatment Plants - IMO MEPC 227 (64)

ACO Clarimar MF range of sewage treatment plants are fully certified by Bureau Veritas ( BV ) to IMO MEPC.227(64) [ excluding 4.2 ] Manufacturing, Test and Quality Management are certified to ISO 9001:2008 and EC MED Module D.

ACO Clarimar MF - ACO-MF ‘Bio-Sword’ Filteration Technology

The ACO Clarimar MF biological sewage treatment plant incorporates ACO-MF filtration technology eliminating the requirement for settling and chlorination stages. Disinfection of the treated effluent is by in-line mounted UV lamp with no requirement for chemicals in any part of the ACO MF process.

The unique properties of the ACO ’bio-sword’ allow operation with bio-mass concentrations in the activation chamber up to four times higher than those of conventional settling type sewage treatment plants. By operating at such high concentrations, a greatly reduced activation tank volume is achieved with a significant reduction in both the footprint and maintenance envelope requirement.

ACO Clarimar – features

  • A type approved to IMO MEPC 227(64) and EC Module ‘B’
  • Life-time corrosion guarnatee2 on tank material.
  • Compatible with both gravity and vacuum systems.
  • Self-cleaning ‘Bio-Sword’with ACO-MF filtration technology dramatically exceeds all IMO requirements.
  • Manufactured entirely in the EU from high performance materials which, unlike coated black steel, are completely corrosion resistant and light weight.
  • Modular design concept for simple installation requiring only one power connection.
  • Lowest running costs of any sewage treatment plant on the market with minimal operator intervention.
  • Unaffected by ship movement or vibration.

Lipatomat / Lipator - Grease Separator System

  • Small hydrostatic pressure with no free surface ensures that the separation process is unaffected by vessel movement and vibration.
  • The ACO patented internal design ensures flow velocity profiles through the separation chamber produce effective separation of grease and sediments even during periods of high demand.
  • Grease and sediments removal is fully automated on the Lipatomat range (manual on the Lipator) .
  • No operator contact with grease and sediments.
  • Grease and sediments removal occurs without interrupting separator operation. No process down-time.
  • The separation technology ensures the greases and sediments are highly concentrated, only grease and sediments are disposed off with no surplus water; so often the case in conventional static systems.
  • Effective heating and short residence time within the separation chamber ensures that no grease is deposited on the chamber walls. Internal maintenance and cleaning is therefore reduced to an annual inspection only.

ACO PIPE® System

The ACO PIPE® push-fit pipe system made from stainless steel provide a modern alternative compared with plastic and zinccoated pipes for water drainage equipment equipped with various media straying. The ACO Pipe® system has proved high level of resistance against aggressive media. Multi-purpose based versatile program of fittings represents in connection with the ACO drainage technology wide-range based offer of full scope integral solution. Simple assembly and installation, high level of savings with conventional solutions and high level of corrosion resistance proves high cost efficiency of the ACO Pipe® push-fit pipe system made from high-grade steel.
